The control box on my StraPack RQ8 is displaying error code E301 and the strapping cycle won't start. Need assistance ASAP to get production back up and running.

Our Strapack D-52 is locking up. We believe it is the ic board not resetting and not allowing the brake to release. If we shut the machine off and rotate the sealing motor then turn it back on and reset and then it will run for awhile.
