We have a JR Traficounter Model 161 Serial # 731052. We have put new batteries in the unit and the counter clicks but the odometer doesn\'t advance. Any help would be appreciated.

We need the data module for Streeter Richardson TraffiCOMP III traffic counters and operator manual. We found these in storage and we are tying to get them working. Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

Our counter is @ 5 years old. We routinely replace the battery, but it has ceased to function at all. Is it worth repairing?
