Sub: Defibrator for cloth rags - Req.Dear Sir,We would like to introduce ourselves as a leading corrugated media paper mill converting 30000 tones of waste paper per annum. We use imported waste paper and indigenous recovered paper as our basic raw material. We have embarked on a pilot project of recycling cloth rag cuttings, which are typically collected from various garment units in india. We have good availability of this material and plan to sort and chop the same prior to usage. Cotton as you are aware has a long cellulose fiber and excellent strength parameters in comparison with fibers (cellulose-wood based) of waste paper. We have planned for a thermo-mechanical pulping process for processing these cotton rags.
