I HAVE A LAMP; THAT CAME IN A CHARMILLES MODEL 290 EDM WIRE MACHINE. MY COLLEAUGE HAS PREVIOUSLY HAD THEM SHIP HIM A REPLACEMENT BALLAST BOARD FOR THIS LAMP AND THE PART THAT THEY SENT WAS NOT A DIRECT REPLACEMENT. I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT FROM CHARMILLES TO GET TECH INFORMATION ON BALLAST EXCHANGE. THEY DID NOT SEEM TO BE KNOWLEGABLE OF THE SPECIFICS OF THIS REPAIR, SO I HAVE SEARCHED OUT YOUR SERVICE HERE ON THE INTERNET. ANY TECH ADVISE YOU MIGHT OFFER AND/OR QUOTE FOR REPAIR WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
