Troubleshooting Toyo Denki: Common problems and repair info

We have a vessel agitator running on dual drives due to the 133kw poer required. The drives are stopping then starting without any indication of why. No alarms or faults shown. Just stop and start for no reasong. These drives are over 20 years old. Could the transistors be going? Any ideas?
