Dear Sir, We have Iwasaki-TR-25 6clr, UV waterless offset label press. For that machine the Main Motor is as follows: Velconic BS - Servo MotorVLBSE - 55040Sr. No. : 55400345.5 KW4000- RPMTOEI Electric Co. Japan-35Kg for above motor following is the drive Velconic Software BS Servo AMPVLASE - 150PSource 3P 200/220V AC 50/60HzSerial No. ; 24R20502041Motor Type ; VLBSE - 55040TOEI Electric Co. Japan In this machine we are facing following problem. as soon as we put on the mains switch of the control box, for a moment a display on the servo shows r 0 , & changes to A.L- 3. the dot after 3 is blinking. Bcz of this machine is neither inching nor running..Mains voltage to the servo is measured. It is 200V Phase to Phase. We thought may be little more voltage required, so we gave 220V phase to phase. Still the problem is same.Plz advice solution as earlier possible. With warms regardsShamim Alam
