We installed about 20 flow switches in a newly built wastewater treatment plant. Out of the 20, several (3 or 4) have failed. The purpose for them was to notify the operator via autodialer, if a pump was not working. When the switch fails, the pump still runs but the autodialer is activated.How can I begin a dialog or have the plant operator or contractor contact you to see what we can do to make the switches work?Chuck DonnellDesign Engineer
