When the cutter is started, we are not able to move the back gauge front or back with the automatic knob, as well as manually. It seems to be locked in position. But after a few minutes, it seems to unlock on its own. My questions are: Is there an upgrade of the computer program that is used by the machine? If yes, can we purchase it and how do we install it?
