Our company is using a Wohlenberg 115 MCS2 TV computerized cutting machine. It\'s cutting and mechanical parts are still okay. My questions are: Is there an upgrade of the computer program that is used by the machine? If yes, can we purchase it and how do we install it? Are there preventive maintenance procedures that we can follow to avoid these disruptive machine stoppages? What else can we do. Thank you very much for your assistance.
