When I energize my controller all three axis jump, with the z axis hitting the limit switch and turning off the controller. Do you know what may be causing this issue?Thanks, JP 415 822-1315

Need the plastic lube pump reservior for a YCM-40 knee millit is a platic tank on back of machine
