Can you help?GA22-2001 message is system failure 104 what this mean? and how do we rectify the problem. At 1st error code 11 came up but now just the 104 message is shown.Can you help?Regards, Adrian.

We have the same problem. Can not use any key on the keyboard. Can not reset any alarms or use the uo and down keys. The display shows temperature element outut. The setting is 120 DegC and the real vakue is 36 DegC. The alarm led and the power led is flashing.Please help.Gert
