Battery charger is out of a Firetrol FTA 1100 MK 11 Diesel Engine Fire pump controler. Unit is putting out 13.67 volts and showing amp output on screen of controler out put is within.2 amps of charger one . We have battery trouble code for charger 2. replaced with new and cleared falt.Please give rough estimate to repair.Thanks, Marty
