sir,our cnc m/c brother tcs2a table axis servomotor (sanyo denki) having position shifting error is facing because of encode got detororated due to coolant entry. is it possibe to change the encoder , if it is possible please guide me.thanks&regardss.sankar

Sir,i am using sanmotion TS1-AA2AA for sanmotion servo motor.this a fully programmable drive.the main problem i am facing with this one is iam enabling the servo on function any time.but the servois not switched means 140v to the drive is not going.please tell me the solution,regardsSreekanth reddy....

Hi,I have few (around 5) PM Driver (Model: PMAPA1A6B20) units that failed while used at TEL Prober Machine. The part age is 3-4 years.Usually the problem reflects as noisy motor and motion followed by encoder errors. What will the common repair cost for that?Best regardsNir Ben-hur972-54-3339535

We have one equipment in which sanmotion motor is used for motion and now gone bad. we want to repair this motor. Symptoms:- Armature jam, Tight in motion.Model no:- Q1AA06040DXS24MMake:-Sanyo Denki.Please reply soon.
