I need repair or replacement information regarding COPS board for the R-200 PN # 108939-0001 and other part numbers. Made by McKinney electronics for residential slide gate operator. Orginial part number was 940036-2 that came in a box marked overhead door company with no address. I purchased this system new in 1985 and had no trouble getting boards in miami florida in past years, but find them no longer availabe in my area.

We have the circuit board listed above in our gate operator and the manual timing wheel on the board seems to be eradic as I put it to min. and the gate stays open approx 9 minutes. Before I played with it today, the gate would stay all the way open for 1 1/2 seconds before closing.Any suggestions?

The tag over three box relays says MFD. ADVANCE INDUSTRIES, APPLETON, WIS. with the controller model no. tagged on the circuit board. I may need a new board or repair to the board. One of the relays continues a slow click as long as the opener is plugged in to power. Please advise. Thanks.
