All the lights on the temp gauge lit means that the fuel tankis empty. If there is fuel in the tank, there may not be enoughto activate the tank sensor. put more fuel in.If the tank is full, the tank sender is faulty. It will need replacing. In the meentime you can bypass the tank sender by shorting out the two wires. Follow the cable up from the diesel tank up to the circuitboard inside the electrics box.cut the two wires that go to the circuit board and strip of insulation. Twist these wires togetherand this should solve the problem. If not, Either the board isknackered or the temperature sensor is knakered. The temperature sensor is located underneath the boiler on the water outlet andshould have a red wire coming of it up to the circuit board.Remove these 2 wires from the curcuit board and measure theresistance between these wires. It should measure around 500 ohmsat room temperatre. If not it requires replacing. You can Temporaryiliybypass the temperature sensor by repacing it with a 500 ohms resistor, any problems or if you need any parts email me regards.
