Dear Sir,We have one new CP 800 converter with us. On trying to install this unit we found the parameters were missing in the system. When we tried uploading the parameters through the serial interface of the CP 800 we found the system had no firm ware loaded. Can you please send us the firmware 1-9999 version and procedure for uploading the same. In case there is any cost for this please let us know.RegardsRaghavan

May by it is very late-on my instruction the L08 it is undervoltage. You must check input rectifier .
