Our machine keeps dropping the burgers 1/2 inch off of the patty paper.Is there any adjustments we can make to center the burgers on the paper?

you have to readjust the springs with the control knobs on the side of the machine. our issue is we usaly use 3 or 4 forms of meat from beef to pork and 5 different plates and wed like to know how we could simplify the process of spring adjustment between each plate

We received a holleymatic vacuum tumbler from another company who no longer used it. All info I can find on the machine as follows: 900-1040, model- ET5, TYP- L025, serial# T-153, Year- 1998. Can you give me any info from this and a manual perhaps. Thank you.

i have a 175 mixer grinder and i am installing a phase -a- matic 900 converter to go from single phase to three phase. MY machine has been striped of all boards and transformers and i cant get it wired so it works with the switches and the footcontrol without running on one phase it ran for 5 years …...
