i have a Model 4001-00 (TD1744-0) timer which will not go off. timer is always at 2pm. this started after a thunderstorm we had recently and the power went off. I tried to trip it by turning off the timer in the fuse box and still it is not keeping time like it should. any suggestions? thank you
