i have a problem with my monitor. when i switched off the monitor its one IC is damaged. when i replaced it still it is not working. power is comming still that IC after that no result.. not even power

monitor supersonik crt no raster and maybe failure in horizontal line then shut down. i was check transistor horizontal it\'s fine. i was also replace irf transistor but no effect
