Changed out display panel about 6mnth ago, display stops working again. Tested the supply and found 24v going in but display is not working . Could it be a coincident or maybe a bad display panel.Advice

We have the same problem. Can not use any key on the keyboard. Can not reset any alarms or use the uo and down keys. The display shows temperature element outut. The setting is 120 DegC and the real vakue is 36 DegC. The alarm led and the power led is flashing.Please help.Gert
