Dears, I need a help for a failure massege of elektronikon panel which its part no. is (1900 0710 31). the failure massege is :22200000210000009820 3978 10 when i run this panel, this massege appears and remains in display without any change and no step done yet!please, advice me for this problem and how can we solve it. We have the same problem. Can not use any key on the keyboard. Can not reset any alarms or use the uo and down keys. The display shows temperature element outut. The setting is 120 DegC and the real vakue is 36 DegC. The alarm led and the power led is flashing.Please help.Gert
