I have a 1988 Leroi Serial # 3120x112Model # A219-89 I have a question?If your compressor is low on oil will that preventit from starting. The fuel is not getting to the injectorsthe fuel filter is full but its not getting to the motor.What could the problem be. Can u help me. Thanks Dave.

Compressor won\'t build up pressure beyond 60 psi, new regulator set at 110psi. Compressor has been slowly declining and won\'t shut off
