Can you repair switching power supplies?We have several PULS models that need repaird. They are models SL 30, SL 20 and SL 40amps.Thanks

The unit has an outstanding FAN, but it\'s just not cooling.It doesn\'t seem that old, but I\'m wondering if the freon needs rechargingor if there is a software glitch preventing it from cooling
