I\'ve recently come in the possesion of an emerson-rittenhouse model 633 door chime and clock. Somebody must have placed 120volts of power to the 16 volt circiut burning out all the electronics. I need all the electrical components including the hammars and motors. if anyone knows where i can get parts, please respond. thanks

I have gone through the trouble shooting I have 16 volts to the main unit just nothing coming out of main unit. like its acting as if there is no voltage. will not power up, no intercom, no radio is it replacement time or can this be repaired relatively cheap?

Was working well until I sanded and painted the kitchen. I took the chimes down to paint, put them back and nothing works. I get voltage coming in but it doesn\'t move anything.

Have you ever heard of a response on the Rittenhouse 631/632. I too am refurbishing one and need to know the correct tranformer voltage needed and a wiring diagram surely would help. Any insight?

I have Model 380 16V. I had connected it ot a Ring Video 2 Doorbell and it worked fine for several months. Now there is a loud humm coming from the chime. I think the Ring ihas a problem. The small piston that strikes the chime does not return back to the original position. There is a spring on the piston. It seems like the piston should have a retainer of some sort on the end to hold the spring in place. Unit stopped working. Have 16+ volts coming to it but no sound. Assume the syncronous motor is out... Telechron model M3151, Type H18, 3.6 rpm, 60 cy, 16 v. Is the replacement motor available? Price?Could it be anything else? All wiring is in tact on board.Thanks, Bob

Similiar issue, my doorbell kept sticking. So I replaced the sticky button but now my springs inside the bell housing seem to be sprung and unable to move the plunger the full range to ring or retract.
