I have a Rittenhouse intercom system and am unsure of the model #. It was installed in the 70\'s. I am painting my condo and would like to replace the ivory cover with a white cover. How would I go about purchasing just a cover? Thank you

This problem may be caused by a lighted doorbell. After the bell is wrung, the light will re-illuminate. When that happens it may be drawing just enough power to make the door chimes think that the button was pressed once again. Have you ever heard of a response on the Rittenhouse 631/632. I too am refurbishing one and need to know the correct tranformer voltage needed and a wiring diagram surely would help. Any insight?

My Rittenhouse door chime\'s top plunger does not work, the previous homeowner said when he was hooking it up, by accident the top soleniod was getting power all the time and over heated and it has not worked right since... can this be fixed ????

I have an older system, it was still working but when a water pipe broke behind my kitchen wall, it soaked the unit and ruined it. I want to know how much it would cost to have it replaced so I can get back the intercom and music function. Thank youAlbert Brien

Was working well until I sanded and painted the kitchen. I took the chimes down to paint, put them back and nothing works. I get voltage coming in but it doesn\'t move anything.

Need new springs for the hammers. This is an old door bell and it has lasted about 40 years. The new ones are sick. This is the best I have heard and would like to keep it another 40 years.

A Rittenhouse model 312 came with my home. It works but the chimes are not loud enough to heard unless you are in the room where the doorbell is mounted.I would hate to replace it because other than this it is very workable.

I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?
