We need to replace the long tubes on these chimes. They are look bad and we have lost one of them. Do you have the 4 tubes to replace the old ones with? If so, how much are they? Patsy

Ihave about a 30 year old rittenhouse with 4 chimes.It seems that the solenoids that activate the strikers,are getting a little lazy.I have had one apart and try to clean it ,with not much succes,I even lost one of those tiny springs. We purchased our present home in 1998. It was custom built in 1983 with many upgrades that were available at that time. Unfortunately since we have lived here the system does not work. I think what we have may be on the large size as far as the measurements of each room speaker and the main system as well. because of this we are afraid we are looking at a major renovation to replace it. The installation manual has been misplaced and I am not sure which wires go to which connection. There is a red wire, a black wire, and a yellow with a green wire. I have the exact same problem, but it\'s not caused by a lighted doorbell. Without the doorbell connect (and not crossing the wires) the chime mechanism keeps repeating. I\'m not sure whether it\'s because the contacts aren\'t lined up correctly or whether it\'s a wiring problem.
