I have a Rittenhouse 550, 551 doorbell chime.The unit itself works fine. What I am missing (which someone was supposed to nor trash) is the transformer that sequences the chimes. I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?
