I have a Rittenhouse 550, 551 doorbell chime.The unit itself works fine. What I am missing (which someone was supposed to nor trash) is the transformer that sequences the chimes. Similiar issue, my doorbell kept sticking. So I replaced the sticky button but now my springs inside the bell housing seem to be sprung and unable to move the plunger the full range to ring or retract.
