We installed our Rittenhouse intercom system in 1978 when we built our new home. The speakers look out of date and would like a better main unit. We have 4 outside units, and 7 speakers.Can we purchase new units and still use the same wiring? Would appreciate a response ASAP. Thanks Jim MannP.S. This unit puts out a chirping sound (Similar to sound of a smoke alarm) on a continuous basis, one chirp about every 30 seconds. Please advise what I should do, short of disconnecting the unit, to stop this annoying sound.Thank you,Richard Baer

Similiar issue, my doorbell kept sticking. So I replaced the sticky button but now my springs inside the bell housing seem to be sprung and unable to move the plunger the full range to ring or retract.

Need new springs for the hammers. This is an old door bell and it has lasted about 40 years. The new ones are sick. This is the best I have heard and would like to keep it another 40 years.
