Other than the local MXL distributor, where else can I get CSGM Software and CONNECTOR (between laptop and fire panel)? What kind of connector would that be? Is there anything else I need to be able to access programming of the panel?Please help.

HiiI am facing problems in connecting Fire alarm controlunit MXL MMB 2 panel to my PC. Greg,the Siemens CSGM software connects through a device called an XND. This is not a USB to Serial Converter but rather has a DOS Serial driver needed for the CSGM Program to work. The driver doesn\'t ship with the Windows XP software which is why they have the XND.If your trying to connect to the …Purchase or Repair:
