We are getting a battery failure alarm on the aux power supply on our 8600 control with a 10 slot rack. Do you stock the required batteries??? Also any information about installation procedures and possibility of memory loss during battery replacement would be appreciated. Looks as if there is a solder in battery on the power supply and clip in batteries on two of the CPU boards. THanks.
