Hello my name is Shayne Clifton. We have an older Agie Mondo 50. For some reason after it starts sometimes it will just freeze. Its happening very frequently. I cant move the machine or anything. our keyboard fell apart when it was removed for servicing our Agie Sprint. Apparently the glue that was holding the membrane to the board dried out due to the age of the machine and now it will not make contact with the keys.
