good morning,i have a problem in electronikon iv controller , shut down reset is not done. message is Starter contact feed back is closed. but feed back is healthy. and LOCAL Control B is showing instead of LOcal Control A. I Need trouble shooting service manual

WE have two of the Atlas-Copco GA132 compressors onboard for our bulk handling system.One of them has an error code on the Elektronikon control panel, reading: -110200000000 - can you advise what this means or represents?Thank you,Alan Bowie.
