I have been running a Shizouka 3 axis mill for a particular job for 15 years and have run into a X motor control problem. The X axis vibrates in place at any feed rate right now. I have swapped 2 stepper cards and both x and y motor drives in the mainpower box with no changes in result. The motor itself turnsrelatively freely without powered up. What would be my next step. I have I/O boards from a 1970double spindle unit available but I hesitate to switch them out.John
