HiiI am facing problems in connecting Fire alarm controlunit MXL MMB 2 panel to my PC. Greg,the Siemens CSGM software connects through a device called an XND. This is not a USB to Serial Converter but rather has a DOS Serial driver needed for the CSGM Program to work. Other than the local MXL distributor, where else can I get CSGM Software and CONNECTOR (between laptop and fire panel)? What kind of connector would that be? Is there anything else I need to be able to access programming of the panel?Please help.
