Dear Srs : recently I purchasse And Elox EDM WIRE MACHINE FROM USA ( Mc Kean Machinery) :and the machine arrived with some electronic problem .the machine is ; Nª serie 718 521 type A O 4b O 219-B211year 1986 -08S/N C -6V0091We do need the ladern diagram ,and also lets me know if you are in condition to supply spares for this macine .rgds carlos

We have an ELOX J series wire edm that we need to set the parameters for wire tension and flush control.We had to replace a circuit board and tried to reload the parameters via tape too floppy but with no sucess.Is there a way to load these manually?

Jose,it appears that the battery on the motherboard has gone bad. This meansthat the CMOS has to be reprogrammed so that there is no floppy driveand not to seek floppy drive at startup. Also there are other things thatneed change in the CMOS.
