I have a edm elox workmaster 45 whit futura 50 control,but when I buy the machine it came whit some disconnected wires inside the controls and I have not any kind of electrical wiring diagram or any manual for this machine,I wold like to get that manual books, please send me quotation for all manual books,operation,maintenance,wiring diagrams,mechanical,etc.Please help me.Macine information:ELOX WORKMASTER 45TYPE:FUTURA 50SERIAL:PS-1426BMN°:18310-14

We have an ELOX J series wire edm that we need to set the parameters for wire tension and flush control.We had to replace a circuit board and tried to reload the parameters via tape too floppy but with no sucess.Is there a way to load these manually?

Jose,it appears that the battery on the motherboard has gone bad. This meansthat the CMOS has to be reprogrammed so that there is no floppy driveand not to seek floppy drive at startup. Also there are other things thatneed change in the CMOS.
