HelloI have a 1990 edm fantastic elox cnc with a Fanuc contoller. Eloxtype 3-2012 cncSeerial: 004300ControlType: sys 11 cef 100serial: 89-1573Im having the following erros:EX002 Servo motor over TempOT008 z - over travel (hard)Also i have a cable disconected that i dont know where goes. The cable number is MC-3. Please if can help me i will appreciate. Thanks

We have an ELOX J series wire edm that we need to set the parameters for wire tension and flush control.We had to replace a circuit board and tried to reload the parameters via tape too floppy but with no sucess.Is there a way to load these manually?

Jose,it appears that the battery on the motherboard has gone bad. This meansthat the CMOS has to be reprogrammed so that there is no floppy driveand not to seek floppy drive at startup. Also there are other things thatneed change in the CMOS.
