Elox Corporation Service & Repair Forum
We have a EDM Elox 400 D that when it is pressed the start button the electrodes comeback to home position. Our maintenance crew tried to fix up without success. I wonder if you have a service Engineer that could help us to fix it up.Best Regards(Turbotec is located just 20 minutes from San Diego California.)

Hello,We had a bit of a meltdown which damaged the Elox Workmaster 45 jog switch panel. The switches & wires are so fried they are almost un-traceable. Anyway I though you may be able to point me in the direction of a jog switch panel pinout diagram?Best regards,Caleb Walker

Jose,it appears that the battery on the motherboard has gone bad. This meansthat the CMOS has to be reprogrammed so that there is no floppy driveand not to seek floppy drive at startup. Also there are other things thatneed change in the CMOS.

We have an ELOX J series wire edm that we need to set the parameters for wire tension and flush control.We had to replace a circuit board and tried to reload the parameters via tape too floppy but with no sucess.Is there a way to load these manually?
