What type and weight of hydraulic oil to use in the hydraulic sending unit located beneith the base cabnett in the bottom of the machine. The oil was red in color? Please help us and do you have o-rings seals for the head of machine and also a bellows cover to seal head ? upper and lower?

I have an Eltee Pulsitron (EP300CP) with a vectoring head. The VMC is displaying that the head should be moving, but the head does not move. Also, the Futaba digital read out for the machine is so worn out that the symbols on the buttons have fallen off. Can you help?
