Machine Error Honeywell iws-1513-hw display showing "Communication Error" and not responding to input commands. Production offline until issue resolved.

The HONEYWELL 200220009012630003 HERCULINE 2000 is showing a flashing red LED and emitting a loud beeping sound every few minutes. The display is blank and does not respond to any button presses.
