We have recently purchased a Komax 33. Upon power up the display comes on and we are able to change the length, size and number of pieces....etc., though the Start button LED does not come on. The emergency switch and button works. I noticed in the back a number of ports/connectors. Does this need an external source in order to run this machine?Thanks, Tom StudeCDN SystemsLeander, TX78641
