Hi...I have one customer with no voltage to the door striker but have confirmed the striker works. Transformer is ok! Do you have the parts for this, relay etc to ship so I can repair it or do you have a re-conditioned unit for sale. I am repairing a door lock at an apartment block showing these symptoms.A transformer feeding the MA-485 is outputting 19.25 volts...will this harm the unit.It is a 16 volt amplifier.B when an apartment station depresses the door button the output at the amplifier terminals for the ac door reads 19....

My customer has an 8 floor.20 suite/floor mirtone system with pull stations in all suites.each suite is decoded in the mirtone on each floor and then on the first and second floor there are two master stations to decode the floor number. No power being supplied to the door lock. Unit is clicking when door release pressed but no power being supplies to door lock. Anyone have an answer or solution for this ?
