Dear sir.We are manufacturing the electrical machinery and apparatus in Japan.Our customer is using Mitsubishi Melservo MR-SA 202U.But Alarm code 24 indicated on the display of that one.The servomotor did not move. Please estimate it for repair if it is possible. the error you have is a F6 3b and it means that the unit has over heated, you can power down for 20 min and it may clear its self if not you may need a new drive als make sure the cooling fan on the side is running
