Dear sir.We are manufacturing the electrical machinery and apparatus in Japan.Our customer is using Mitsubishi Melservo MR-SA 202U.But Alarm code 24 indicated on the display of that one.The servomotor did not move. Please estimate it for repair if it is possible.
