just wanted to give you a heads up about the Procond EWM 1000 Plus W1A0DDBF. We experienced downtime during the last shift due to a board issue. This occurred around 845 PM last night. Any insights on what might have caused this and how we can prevent it in the future would be much appreciated. Thanks!

DZ4 A and B are both the same which turn out to be 12 volt 5 watt. for an upgrade you can only go so high on the voltage and from what NTE says 13 volts keeps the diodes cool enough.
