I recently purchased an older home that has a Model # RC-475 - 16 volt door chime that works fine, but lacks the cover. Is it possible to purchase just a cover from you or is something like this no longer available. Amazon has one but the mfg. dimensions wouldn't fit. As close as I can measure where the unit is installed on the wall are approx. 6 1/2 in.x 8 1/2 x 2". Can you help, or perhaps give me some info. as to where I might be able to find one.Thanks for any help. Have a good day.Kathy Grant

The Rittenhouse door intercom answering system system was installed in 1978. It is not functioning well. Do you have a newer replacement for it that would still have the doorbell and intercom system? Does a new unit come with the exterior speaker?

I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?
