I get typically one of three chimes to sound when the doorbell is rung, occassionally 2 followed by a buzzing sound. Some of the wires were loose and I tightened them, but still don\'t get all the tones. Any ideas on what to do to get all three chimes to ring?

The Rittenhouse C8578-1 135-7351-01 door chime is malfunctioning and needs repair. Urgently seeking a technician to address the issue as it's disrupting daily operations.
