I have a old intercom in an apartment building that has door locks, buzzer, and voice. the call and voice speaker does not work. all the other apartments are working good. Is there a replacement for the apartment units. or a upgrade?

I have a Rittenhouse Emerson Elec Model C8326 (perhaps 1960's) that has stopped working today. The chimes and housing seem okay, but the mechanism and bell button are old and worn out. Do you have replacement parts - and at what cost?

The small piston that strikes the chime does not return back to the original position. There is a spring on the piston. It seems like the piston should have a retainer of some sort on the end to hold the spring in place. I TOOK THE CLOCK TO A ANTIQUE DEALER HE TOOK THE MOTOR OUT AND REPLACED IT WITH A BATTERY UNIT. I AM LOOKING TO REPLACE IT BACK WITH THE ORIGINAL MOTOR.
