I have a old intercom in an apartment building that has door locks, buzzer, and voice. the call and voice speaker does not work. all the other apartments are working good. Is there a replacement for the apartment units. or a upgrade?

Need new springs for the hammers. This is an old door bell and it has lasted about 40 years. The new ones are sick. This is the best I have heard and would like to keep it another 40 years.
