I have a Rittenhouse / Emerson intercom system with individual stations for each room. Two of the intercom speakers nolonger work. When I opened them they have one red, one yellow and one black wire leading from the unit. Is it possible to get them worked on or replaced. They measure 8 3/4\" long X 5 5/8\" wide. If it is not possible to repair it, is it possible to replace the entire unite with one I installed at a job site that had a cd player in it? Thank You

A Rittenhouse model 312 came with my home. It works but the chimes are not loud enough to heard unless you are in the room where the doorbell is mounted.I would hate to replace it because other than this it is very workable.
