My home was built in 1965 with the same Rittenhouse intercom/radio system that doesn\'t work anymore. I would like to upggrade with intercom/radio/ satellite radio system can you do the work? What would be the estimated cost?

Need new springs for the hammers. This is an old door bell and it has lasted about 40 years. The new ones are sick. This is the best I have heard and would like to keep it another 40 years.
